Friday night gate fee (to be paid at gate upon entry unless pre-nominated) Pre-Nominated racers will have arm bands in their envelope at gate. $10 per person (ALL)

Scrutineering from 5pm to 7pm

Office Open: 8am to 11am

Qualifying from 10:00am to approximately 1:00pm

Racing from approximately 2:30pm until finished

All Pre-nominated Racer's and Crew arm bands will be in an envelope at the gate.

 

ALL racers must go through office to check in before going to scrutineering shed.

RACIN' FOR ACES racers will be competing for killer trophies as well as prize money as per the schedule below.

 
Off Street Meeting only (if NOT racing Saturday), includes ONE Friday arm band for Racer (Does NOT include Day Licence if required) - see below $55 for CQDRA Members

PRE-NOMINATING AND REFUNDS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

PRE-NOMINATING online will save you gate fees, as your armbands for the appropriate days will be in your pre-nom envelope - available at the gate when you arrive. The arm bands you purchase online actually cost ONE THIRD as much as they do through the gate, so get plenty for your crew or race mates.

If you do not make it to the track surface to race - for ANY reason, we will happily REFUND any unused portion of your online pre-nomination. If you decide not to travel, or your vehicle breaks down before a race day, or you decide to leave early, we will happily refund the days you did NOT get on the track surface. NOTE: Any run on the surface (Qualifying or Racing) constitutes the use of that day's nomination fee.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK – ENTRANTS/DRIVERS/RIDERS
I/We being the entrant/s and/or driver and/or rider, certify that the particulars on the Entry Form are true and correct in every particular, to the best of my/our knowledge and belief.
I/We declare that I/We have read and understood the Supplementary Regulations issued for the event, and agree to be bound by them and the provisions of the Competition Rules of the Australian National Drag Racing Association Inc. (ANDRA).
In Exchange for being able to enter, attend or participate in the event I/WE agree:
. to release ANDRA, promoters, sponsors organisations, land owners and lessees, organisers of the event, their respective servants, officials, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Associated Entities”) from all liability for my death, personal injury (including burns), psychological trauma, loss or damage (including property damage) (“harm”) howsoever arising from my participation in or attendance at the event, except to the extent prohibited by law;
. that ANDRA and the Associated Entities do not make any warranty, implied and express, that the event services will be provided with due care and skill or that any materials provided in connection with the services will be fit for the purpose for which they are supplied; and
. to attend or participate in the event at my/our own risk.
I/We acknowledge that:
. The risks associated with attending or participating in the event include the risk that I may suffer harm as a result of:
. Motor vehicles (or parts of them) colliding with other motor vehicles, persons or property;
. Acts of violence and other harmful acts (whether intentional or inadvertent) committed by persons attending or participating in the event; and
. The failure or unsuitability of facilities (including grand-stands, fences and guard rails) to ensure the safety of persons or property at the event.
. Motor sport is dangerous and that accidents causing harm can and do happen and may happen to me/us.
I/We accept the conditions of, and acknowledge the risks arising from, attending or participating in the event and being provided with the event services by ANDRA and the Associated Entities

PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT – PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD

I am the parent/guardian* of the above-named (“the minor”) who is under 18 years old. I have read this document and understand its contents, including the exclusion of liability and assumption of risk, and have explained the contents to the minor. I consent to the minor attending/participation in the event at his/her own risk.

ENTRY FEES

ANDRA PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

If you are utilising a Day Licence, you may purchase CATEGORY 2 Personal Accident Insurance for the duration of the event. If you are an ANDRA member, or ANDRA licence holder, you may purchase CATEGORY 1 Personal Accident insurance for the duration of the event. Both are very valuable resources in the event you have an accident, and details of their coverage can be found in the ANDRA Rulebook. NOTE: If you are an ANDRA licence holder, you are automatically covered by Category 2 insurance at no additional charge. Day Licence holders can NOT obtain the Category 1 insurance.

PRIZE MONEY

Prize money will be paid direct to your nominated account. Prize money cannot be paid to a Credit Card account.

Responsibility is on the racer/entrant to supply the correct account details. Any incorrect information requiring additional correspondence or phone calls will result in a $20 fee (including GST) being deducted from any Prize money to be paid.
PLEASE NOTE, if you do NOT have PAYPAL, you will still submit this form. PayPal will allow you to "Pay with a Card". You may have to scroll to see this option after clicking "SUBMIT". PLEASE give the website 10-15 seconds to transition to PayPal
